After a rather rough day...after school I see and talk to a former student of mine...I even get a little wise-crack in and guess what? He made me laugh! Turned my whole afternoon around. Then during the staff meeting a fellow teacher-friend presented (fabulously) on writing. Her presentation was information and spot-on with keeping us all engaged. She was inspiring. Then...I went and got a new haircut! Can you say bangs?
I am grateful for a day that got unexpectedly turned around.
