My friend Hayley

I am grateful for Hayley. She is a teacher friend who happens to also be a friend of my sister's from highschool. Anyway, she has agreed to help me out with my new adventure of running a 5K in two months. Whoo-hoo! So, along with my sister (I know I am so lucky) I have two trainers. Hayley was encouraging, thoughtful, pushed me and gave her time to help me out. Thanks Hayley!
